Mr Paul Tye
Paul Tye joined Australian Doctors for Africa in August 2009 and is a Director of TeamWorks Australasia Pty Ltd. He has completed a Master of Education and a Master of Science (Utah) and has received numerous business and marketing awards and nominations. Paul has extensive experience in project management, business development, social marketing and community – business - government partnerships, research, evaluation and sponsorship. His work has seen him connect with many corporate, non-government and government agencies in local and regional communities covering the length and breadth of Western Australia in addition to liaising with local government shires, councils, state government departments and federal agencies. Paul brings to Australian Doctors for Africa expertise in administration and organisational skills, marketing and concept facilitation.

Western Australian Orthopaedic Surgeon in private practice and a public teaching hospital consultant since 1991. Frequent, but intermittent voluntary medical visits over the years to underdeveloped countries. Now ongoing more regular visits to Ethiopia, Somalia and Madagascar with recently formed charity Australian Doctors for Africa.

Financial Controller of family owned and run commercial construction company for the past 8 years. Part of volunteer projects at Bethesda Hospital (school tour host), Christ Church Grammar School (fundraising with boys), Perth Observatory (night tour and volunteer collation) and Hope for Children (fundraising). Mother of two university students.

Retired marketing manager (20 years Mytton’s & 20 years Bristile). 25 years member of Rotary. Past vestryman as Christ Church, Claremont. Present Councillor at St. Philips, Cottesloe. (known to Bishop Kyme)

Practice manager/secretary to Dr Graham Forward for last 14 years. 6 years medical secretary in Obstetrics/Gynaecology. A nursing background in both the public and private sector, prior to raising 3 sons. Voluntary work & fundraising for schools, sporting and community projects.
